Small-time crooks latch on to a way into a bank, through an old blitzed/bombed-out ruin's remaining basement/cellar, next door. Digging and tunnelling through, it looks as if one of the Blitz's "remnants" is about to make its mark again... Filmed during the "great freeze" in Britian in 1963, starring Wiliam Lucas and guest starring Warren Mitchell.
