Undeclared excessive liquor or tobacco - from a HK$5,000 fine to imprisonment

MVO: All Hong Kong citizens and incoming passengers should be aware that the fine has been raised to at least five thousand Hong Kong dollars for failing to declare excessive liquor or tobacco to Customs when entering Hong Kong.
