Super Technology for Small Scale Waste Incinerators Fireprint's small scale waste incinerators are designed for all weather operation. The inner and outer shells of the incinerator are made of steel, using magnetic oxygen enriched gas as the energy source for thermal decomposition. Waste evaporates, dries, carbonizes, and thermally decomposes at low temperatures, ultimately forming negative ion ash. The combustible gas produced during thermal decomposition is used for power generation or water heating for warmth. Low temperature, flameless operation ensures worker safety and eliminates the need for fuel oil, saving customers significant ongoing investment. The chimney produces no dioxins, fly ash, or particulate matter. The combustible gas is consumed secondaryly, resulting in emissions reduced by tens of times compared to high temperature incinerators.
