[Genshin Impact] Summon for Furina

Roll the carpet! Blow the trumpet! Throw the confetti! Prepare the sweets! Lets hail the most beloved star of Fontaine: no other than the hydro archon herself, Furina de Fontaine. I was wondering why she IS the chosen hydron archon after that grand welcome for the traveler & Paimon. I don't think she's just there for a gag show. So there's something on her circumstance than what meet the eyes. Well, since 4.3 has just been released, i guess my ponder will now be addressed. Right now, i will settle myself a C0 Furina for now. Then, decide later if i'll go for C1/C2, and/or her signature weapon (Splendor of Tranquil Waters) as well.
