KOLAIGARAN (2019) TAMIL SYNOPSIS: The story begins with a scene showing that a woman has died because her throat was bitten by someone. A few days earlier, someone was also killed and his identity is unknown. To investigate the case, DCP Karthikeyan (Arjun Sarja) is appointed and the officer learns that the dead person is none other than AP Minister's brother named Vamsi (Gowtham).
