The movie Sarfira is set for a 2024 release, starring Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan in the lead roles. It is a Hindi remake of the acclaimed Tamil film Soorarai Pottru, originally led by actor Suriya. Directed by Sudha Kongara, who also directed the original, Sarfira follows the inspiring story of a man who dares to dream big in the world of aviation and startups, challenging the socio-economic structures of the system.
Scheduled for a theatrical release on July 12, 2024, Sarfira also features veteran actors Paresh Rawal and Seema Biswas in key roles. The music is composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar, marking his collaboration with Akshay Kumar once again.
