[Aether Gazer] Summon for Luliang & Hujiao

Luliang is a dedicated Wind support. Unlike Lingguang (who can be used as support for mono-Fire or for Tian Yuan trio), Luliang, on the other hand, is stuck on Wind but you have 2 paths for her support role: (a) Pixiu's Fortunes - for Wind-res shred + Crit Rate; or (b) Peacekeeper's Blessing - "Coin" uptime. Pls do note that "Peacekeeper's Blessing" sigil still unavailable to global. This sigil is supposedly a part of v1.7 event "Dark Flame, White Night". Sadly, Aether Gazer GL skipped the v1.7 event. Edit: "Peacekeeper's Blessing" sigil was, at last, released on 04/02/2024.
