Although Prime TV is primarily owned by BEAM TV itself, it is being operated by Philippine Collective Media Corporation, the company known for its brands such as FMR Radio in provinces, Radyo 630 in Metro Manila, TeleRadyo Serbisyo, Prime TV, and regional PRTV in Tacloban.
