A prison psychiatrist, Dr. Judy Kreplach (Jackie Hoffman), prescribes a microchip to be secretly implanted into a dangerous prisoner, Robert Kewass. Barry Bryant (Terrell Carter), the inventor of the microchip is hated by Kewass. As a full-time student, Kewass fully integrates into college life, even joins a fraternity and makes new friends (Princess Love). Dean Pointdexter, an avid practitioner of male chauvinism on campus, fails to manage the microchip monitoring team. A series of suspicious events take place that severely compromise Kewass' microchip integrity. This all leads to the most disturbing Halloween night in campus history.
