Jigsaw Killer John Kramer returns in the most disturbing installment of the SAW series. Taking place between SAW I and II, we find a sick and desperate John going to Mexico to perform an experimental procedure capable of curing cancer, only to discover that it is all a scam targeting weak and depressed patients. Driven by a new purpose, the famous serial killer returns to his work, taking revenge on these crooks in a terrible "game" whose secret he has, through traps that are always more Machiavellian and ingenious than others.
