He Had No Idea The Whole City Was Waiting For Him

On the morning of August 31, 1985, Richard Ramirez walked into a store in East Los Angeles — and saw his own face on the front page of the newspaper. For six months, the man the newspapers called the Night Stalker had terrorized Southern California. This is the full story: the rare Avia shoe print, the police sketch, the orange Toyota, a single fingerprint on a rear-view mirror, and the morning the whole neighborhood chased him down and held him until police arrived. Told through real photographs, animated maps and genuine 1985 news footage. No graphic imagery — the crimes are described in words only. A true crime documentary from Real Crime Files.
