The homebrew app PSBox Cloud Gaming lets users access Xbox Cloud Gaming directly from a modified PlayStation 5, stream compatible Game Pass titles, and even use Xbox Remote Play to stream games from their own Xbox console.
- Stream Xbox games at up to 1080p/60 FPS
- Use the PS5's DualSense controller
- Access compatible games through cloud streaming
- Connect to an Xbox console through Remote Play
This isn't Xbox emulation, the games run on Microsoft's servers or a remote Xbox, while the PS5 handles streaming.
Sony's console is becoming a surprisingly versatile playground for modders.
How long until someone finds another way to make this thing do something unexpected?
