Disney Twist Villains Ranked by How Badly They Cheated

It's called a hustle, sweetheart. Ten Disney and Pixar twist villains ranked by one rule: the film may lie to the hero, it may not lie to you. The most famous twist Disney ever made finishes last. A ranking of ten Disney and Pixar twist villains (Muntz, Lotso, Stinky Pete, Waternoose, Axlerod, Evelyn Deavor, Callaghan, Ernesto de la Cruz, Bellwether, Hans) by how badly the film cheated to hide them, not by how good the reveal felt. The rewatch rule: every villain scene is either a performance for the people in the room, which is fair, or a private good deed nobody in the story could see, which is a lie told to the audience alone. Three tiers, planted, hidden and faked, with the disc timestamps for every plant and every reveal, the two placements built to be argued (Cars 2 at six, Coco at three above Incredibles 2), and Frozen at number one, with Jennifer Lee, Michael Giaimo and Peter Del Vecho on the record about how late Hans became the villain and why the film could not afford to warn you.
