Battle Royale II - Kitano Flashback Scene

Something that stood out to me watching Battle Royale 2 was Kitano's flashback scene with his daughter, Shiori. In this heartbreaking and disturbing scene, we see that Kitano doesn't have a very good relationship with his daughter. By the end, Kaito holds his finger to his head like a gun and suggests killing himself to make her happy.
