Genji Takiya's generation has graduated, leaving Suzuran High School without a clear leader. A new group of students quickly begins competing for control, turning the school into a battlefield once again.
Among them is Kaburagi Kazeo, a powerful transfer student who wants to keep out of the school's politics. However, his strength soon attracts attention, while Kagami Ryohei and other factions begin making their own moves.
As rival groups collide, Kaburagi is pulled deeper into the struggle for Suzuran's throne. The new generation must settle their differences in a series of brutal confrontations to determine who will rise to the top.
