Dawn on the Amazon. Jeshuco and his companion — a pink river dolphin — dive together to hunt a giant arapaima. The chase drags him into a current he doesn't know. When he surfaces, the water is wrong: dead fish floating belly-up, the river gone quiet. The dolphin will not follow him any further. So he goes upriver alone. And in the mist, there is a ship. — UPRIVER is a ten-episode animated series set in the Amazon rainforest, 2 to 5 minutes per episode: a boy, a river, and a war he doesn't know yet that he is already in.
