your USB or external drive is formatted as FAT32, it cannot store a single file larger than 4 GB.
The easy solution is to use NTFS or exFAT.
First, connect your USB or external drive.
Open File Explorer.
Right-click the drive and select Format.
Under File system, choose exFAT or NTFS.
Important: Formatting will erase all data on the drive, so back up your important files first.
Now click Start and confirm.
Once formatting is complete, you can copy files larger than 4 GB to the drive.
That's it!
If you need the drive to work with many different devices, exFAT is often a good choice.
