Uzbekistan has officially confirmed the arrival of Chinese J-10CE fighter jets, becoming the second foreign operator after Pakistan. Official footage shows at least six aircraft carrying Uzbek markings, although reports of a potential 24-jet order remain unconfirmed.
The J-10CE features an AESA radar, modern electronic warfare systems and advanced air-to-air weapons, including compatibility with the PL-15E long-range missile. The acquisition marks Uzbekistan’s move beyond its traditional Soviet/Russian-origin fighter fleet.
