"RAHAB AND THE WALLS OF JERICHO"Season 2, Episode 4 in ENGLISH The story starts in the present day as Joy is selected by her teacher to lead a major classroom project. Instead of feeling excited, Joy is completely paralyzed by fear, insecure about her ability to guide her peers, and terrified of failing.To show her how God can use unexpected people to fulfill great plans, Superbook activates and teleports Chris, Joy, and Gizmo to the plains of Canaan. They arrive right as Joshua is preparing the Israelites to conquer the heavily fortified city of Jericho. The kids slip inside the massive city walls alongside two Israelite spies and find refuge in the home of Rahab. Even though Rahab is an outsider with a troubled past, she demonstrates incredible faith by risking her own life to hide the spies from the King of Jericho's guards. In return for her bravery, the spies promise to protect her and her family during the coming invasion. The children witness the miraculous final battle where the Israelites march around the city, blow their rams' horns, and watch the giant walls of Jericho collapse. True to their word, the Israelites rescue Rahab and her family from the ruins. Witnessing how Rahab's courage saved her entire family gives Joy the exact boost of confidence she needs. She returns to the present day ready to step up, conquer her insecurities, and successfully lead her classroom project.
