Today we went to Solanda, in southern Quito, to check out a rather unique eatery: Los Encebollados Nocturnos (The Nighttime Fish Stew). 🌙🐟 A fish stew at night? 🤔 Yes, although for many Ecuadorians this dish is practically synonymous with breakfast or lunch, here they decided to break with tradition and serve it after dark.
