Silver Springs Vanishing Giant

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has no specific way to save it's population. They were still abundant in 1970s. But their number plummeted following the construction of a dam. Breeding effort have also proven impossible due to their aggressive and cannibalistic behaviour.
