Treasury lifts long-end buybacks from $2B to at least $4B

U.S. Treasury is raising the maximum size of liquidity-support buybacks in the 10-to-20-year and 20-to-30-year nominal coupons. Each operation ranges from $2 billion to at least $4 billion, running from September 9 through November 4.
