I've played it so many times by now I think I might perish if I ever have to play it again. You might notice that I made some mistakes along the way like that embarrassing crouch or pulling the box while pressing Shift so it kept slipping from my grip. Thankfully for my patience, my perfectionism is only outmatched by my laziness. Maybe the box was oily and Gordon crouched only to do a little workout before jumping. You don't know! The level has a few further areas to explore. I am attempting to enact a Sexy Nutellaesque playthrough, where I try to act as the characters would within their environment. It is because of this that I do not explore the other areas there are. You are welcome to use the footage however you wish (excluding AI-related purposes) as long as you give credit to the creators of the game and myself.
