I designed this ... We will have to find ways to survive , and relying on today's economic situation, its hardly going to cut it. Owning a home is just as expensive as maintaining it . Its hard to keep that job when you are getting old , and finding more income out there would be a jungle. With this concept , this will give homeowners the chance to create a business. Making their own residence income generating . That way as you get older , the more opportunities you will have to create more income close by , giving that budget for maintenance a little more attention. Imagine... having a series of these , to make up a town. And the best part is ... it is just floor away .
