《百年一别，重逢蚶江》——马来西亚华人三代归乡

一百多年前，我的曾祖父与他的兄弟，从中国南方的一座港镇启航，南渡马来亚谋生。几代人之后，家族的后人散居于马来西亚与新加坡；而仍有一支亲人，留在祖辈当年离开的家乡，与我们几近失联。 这部纪录短片，记录我们第一次回到那座家乡——中国福建泉州石狮蚶江——探望曾祖父一辈仍然在世的最年长亲人：一位九旬高龄的长辈，也是我们与故乡那一支家人之间，最后一位在世的纽带。 回到一座素未踏足的故乡，会是怎样的感觉？ 纪录短片｜林登丽 Jacelyn Parry More than a century ago, my great-grandfather and his brother sailed from a small port town in southern China to seek a life in Malaya. Generations passed; the family scattered across Malaysia and Singapore — while one branch remained behind in the ancestral hometown, all but lost to us. This short film follows our first journey back to that hometown — Hanjiang, in Shishi, Quanzhou — to find the eldest surviving relative of our great-grandfather's generation: a woman now in her nineties, the last living link to the family we were parted from.
