An off-his-nut "Prof" who is part of the UK's early Atomic weapons programme, questions the validity of such weapons he was involved in, and goes in the opposite direction... by planning to detonate one "unless" the Government relinquishes its atomic arsenal, for "peace" (Where have we heard THAT woke, deluded s*** before!? The race is on, to find the deluded old twerp, before he can do the nasty deed. Intelligently-written and played.
