Blazin' Quartet - Sleeping Beauty - new album (2020)

Praised by The Downbeat as “a band that twists and tweaks conventions” Blazin’ Quartet has been pushing the boundaries of improvised, world and electronic jazz since it’s creation in Amsterdam in 2008. Surprising audiences and critics at their debut in The Netherlands, Blazin’ Quartet has since moved it’s base to Paris, France and transcended into an “all-European band” featuring the French trumpetist Olivier Laisney, Italian guitarist Federico Casagrande, Bulgarian bassist Mihail Ivanov, Bosnian drummer Srdjan Ivanovic. Appearing on the upcoming album the extraordinary french flutist Magic Malik who also joins them on their 2021 tour.
