Thinking Searching " Bad Hair Day " is the premiere episode of the Donkey Kong Country computer-animated television series. It first aired in France in 1996 and debuted in North America on the Fox Family Channel in 1998. Episode Plot Summary The Scheme: After failing to steal the Crystal Coconut, King K. Rool discovers a voodoo curse that can drain Donkey Kong's strength. The Candy Clone: K. Rool builds a robotic double of Candy Kong, the "Candy Clone," and sends her to cut DK's hair while chanting a spell to strip him of his power. The Conflict: A weakened, hairless Donkey Kong is easily defeated by Krusha, allowing K. Rool to seize the Crystal Coconut. The Resolution: Cranky Kong attempts to create an antidote, but the curse is ultimately broken when DK eats enough bananas to regrow his hair and regain his strength.
