One Family – Many Faces Regardless of origin or skin color, we are all equal before God, yet He created us differently. Our differences are not an accident, but an expression of His infinite creativity. Some influences in our lives arise from circumstances beyond our control – origin, culture, language. Yet deep down, we share a deep longing: Most people long for peace. Yet we experience war, conflict, and destruction. The Bible describes these tensions as arising from the human heart (James 4:1) and that true peace only comes from a reconciled relationship with God. That is why we need the living Word of God – not just a theory, but a guideline for our interactions. If we take Jesus' commandment "Love one another as I have loved you" (John 13:34) seriously, the idea of a single human family can become more than just a beautiful dream. Let us live our love together – not just in words, but in deeds. When we practice compassion, forgiveness, listening, and helping, the Kingdom of God begins to become visible. We are many—yet united in Christ (Galatians 3:28).
