Only When I laugh Where There's a Will

British Sitcom about the comedic exploits of three, apparently hypochondriac patients in the men's ward of a General Hospital. A Tramp/Bum, named Joe, adds to the atmosphere by upsetting the highly-strung patient, Archie Glover, let alone the hospital staff, as he's eccentric and unclean, BEING a tramp. Another of the ward patients, Norman Binns, is sought out by Joe as his adopted son. Roy Figgis, a socialist, or rather pertains to BE one(!), who has more sympathy for Joe, actually ends up with what money the old boy is carrying around in and old tin - sovereigns - and, his newly-written will! Attention is suddenly given to Joe!!!
