This is a cover of murdered Chilean singer-songwriter and political activist Víctor Jara's haunting "Te recuerdo, Amanda". It was recorded at a small 1995 concert at the UMCE University's school of music. The recording was recovered from a long-lost and seriously degraded cassette, and restored as well as possible. My arrangement of the song is unusual in that it uses the traditional Chilean _campesino_ "por tercera alta" tuning (D A D F# A C#). And because it has some swing.
Paola Berríos: Voice.
Scott Sadowsky: Arrangement, guitar.
