The story of Michael begins in the crime-ridden underworld of Bombay in the 1980s. The city, torn by gang wars, is ruled by powerful mafia dons. One of them is Gurunath (Gautham Vasudev Menon)—a ruthless, charismatic mafia lord who commands respect and fear in equal measure. Gurunath controls the city’s illegal trades, especially smuggling and weapons trafficking.
Michael (Sundeep Kishan) is a street-smart orphan who is recruited by Gurunath’s gang as a teenager. Raised in the brutal world of crime, Michael becomes one of Gurunath's most trusted men. Unlike other henchmen, Michael is quiet, calculating, and emotionally distant. However, behind his silence is a storm of emotions — a past he rarely talks about.
During one of his missions, Michael travels to Delhi where he meets Theera (Divyansha Kaushik), the daughter of Gurunath's rival. Theera is elegant, mysterious, and seemingly innocent. As fate would have it, Michael falls in love with her. What begins as a passionate romance soon spirals into a web of betrayal and tragedy.
When Gurunath learns about Michael’s growing closeness to Theera, he feels betrayed. The situation worsens when Michael is framed for betraying the gang. Gurunath orders his execution. Michael is brutally attacked and left for dead by his own people.
But Michael survives.
What follows is a fiery tale of vengeance. Michael rises from the ashes, fuelled by hatred and the pain of betrayal. He embarks on a bloody journey to dismantle Gurunath’s empire and uncover the real truth behind his mother’s death—a traumatic childhood memory that haunts him.
The film reaches its climax when Michael confronts Gurunath and learns shocking secrets about his origin. It is revealed that Michael is actually the illegitimate son of Gurunath, abandoned and betrayed as a child. His entire life has been a circle of pain created by the very man he served.
Michael’s revenge becomes personal.
In a stylized, emotionally charged showdown, Michael destroys Gurunat
