At the same time, a mystic named Akane is guided to an evil presence, and she faces a ghost which haunts a room in an apartment which she has failed to exorcise in the past. That room belongs to Hideki, Yuka's homeroom teacher. Yuka's classmate Rina is kidnapped by Hideki, who has been taken over by the ghost, and when Yuka goes looking for Rina, she too is attacked by Hideki. Then, Hiromi's ghost appears. At the moment that Akane's exorcism works, Hideki returns to normal and realizes that he has killed Hiromi, who he loved, and he commits suicide in despair.
