Kasumi is a PVP unit and meta definer. She can't do damage by herself but she's pack with ailment & an AOE debuff. iLiya was already murderous and pairing her with Kasumi will lift iLiya's brutality to the extreme but you still have to watch out hard-counter stacks of Halloween Shinobu & Ninon. Kasumi is also used in CB. The hard part is you can't have a Kasumi that is both for PVP & CB due difference in rank configuration. The event comes with a nice Makoto shards to farm.
