[PriConne] Summon for Halloween Shinobu

The hard counter for iLiya is here. She is a must for those who aim for top 100 pvp. Her 3rd skill is like Ninon and the primary responsible for iLiya pick-offs. I was hoping to get Jun as she is really really essential esp for boss fights. I was dumb back then not to pull for her. But lets see if i will get her along the way.
