š„Barbell Squats - 5 sets, 5 reps. (185lbs)
š„Bulgarian Split Squats (plate) - 4 sets, 8 reps each leg.
š„DB Step Ups - 4 sets, 8 reps each leg.
š„Leg Extensions - 3 sets, 12 reps.
š„Leg Press (hip width stance, toes slightly outward) - 4 sets, 12 reps.
š„Single Leg Leg Press - 3 sets, 10 reps each leg.
š„Frog Press (heels together, toes out) - 3 sets, 20 reps.
