“Transformation: from technique to art” is the change in appearance and value that a printmaking has undergone over the centuries. The project consisting of two parts: a printed artwork and a digitally processed stop-motion animation, which itself represents a transformation, a series of combination of changes and possibilities. It is about change and reinterpretation, but not about devaluation and irrelevance. The print artwork is assembled in the form of collage, which includes two print techniques: monotype and linocut. Indian ink and acrylic were used to get the final look of the collage. The animation is made up of digital photos of the same prints, combining Adobe Illustrator edits with almost every frame.
