"Reach Out to the Truth" is the normal battle theme of Persona 4. There are three versions of the track found in the Persona 4 Original Soundtrack, each one played at different moments: The normal version is played in random battles on any dungeon in Persona 4. It is also played when the player achieves a Player Advantage in Persona 4 Golden, but does not serve as the normal battle theme. The "~First Battle~" version is played on the very first battle of the game, as well as while fighting any sub-boss in a dungeon. The "Instrumental" version is played on the Attract Mode video. The difference between the normal and "~First Battle~" versions lies in the intro: the "~First Battle~" one starts on the second verse. The "instrumental" version replaces the lyrics on the chorus for a guitar, but keeps the middle verses.
