The worlds' governments are troubled over future large-scale terrorism due to the remnants in what Mizel left behind. In order to counter what's in store, the world's science R&Ds reverse-engineered the LBX technology into over-tech powered suits to which the user unites with their LBX. This is called the "Little Battle Counter System (LBCS)"
