Ron Kamonohashi, once hailed as a genius at the world-renowned Detective Training Academy Blue, had his qualification to become a detective revoked due to a fatal “flaw”. After enduring a period of unappreciated talent, his destiny was greatly altered by his encounter with Totomaru Isshiki from the Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division, who is nicknamed “Toto”. Ron takes on the role of solving mysteries, while Toto is in charge of investigation. Together, they consecutively crack difficult cases and gradually become a famous partnership.
