No-bake layers of ladyfingers, velvety mascarpone cream, fresh strawberries, and a mix of berries on top! This is one of the easiest no-bake desserts I’ve ever made that still looks super elegant and high-end ✨
Base & Fruit:
- Ladyfingers 16 (If you want a larger cake, just add extra ladyfingers!)
- Milk (To dip the inner side of the ladyfingers)
- Fresh strawberries
- Granulated sugar
Cream & Decoration:
- Mascarpone cheese
- Heavy cream (heavy whipping cream )
- Powdered sugar
- Mixed berries (Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and mint leaves for decoration)
- Vanilla extract
