After his hard-fought rise to the top of Suzuran, Genji Takiya finally seems to have achieved his goal. But peace doesn't last long when an old conflict between Suzuran High and the nearby Hosen Academy resurfaces.
Hosen, known for its powerful fighters and strict hierarchy, declares war on Suzuran after the breakdown of an uneasy agreement between the schools. Genji must convince Suzuran's students to stand together rather than fight among themselves.
As the two schools prepare for their long-awaited confrontation, Genji faces Hosen's strongest fighters in a battle that will decide which school controls the streets around them.
