Two Massive Weapons Inside One AC-130J Ghostrider

Inside the AC-130J Ghostrider are two very different levels of firepower. The aircraft carries a trainable Mk 44 Bushmaster II 30 mm automatic cannon and an M102 105 mm howitzer, allowing the crew to engage ground targets with different levels of precision and force. The footage shows the weapons, the linked 30 mm ammunition system and aircrew handling the much larger 105 mm rounds during a live-fire training mission. Aircraft: AC-130J Ghostrider.
