Raised in a fallout shelter since 1962, Adam Webber is sent out into the world to find essential supplies. He emerges to find it's 1993, a vastly different era than the one he knew. Adam’s sheltered upbringing clashes with the modern world, and he unexpectedly falls for Eve Rustikov, a spirited young woman who introduces him to new experiences and challenges his perception of life.
