Gianni Versace Rétrospective Exposition in Paris - My Experience

This evening, I had the privilege of experiencing the Gianni Versace Retrospective before it opened its doors to the world and I’m still processing. 450 pieces. 30 years of a vision that turned fashion into theatre, into sensation, into something that felt almost too alive to be contained in a museum. Walking through it felt less like an exhibition and more like being inside someone’s obsession. The Baroque excess, the Oroton metallic mesh, the silk rooms..every corner was a reminder that Versace didn’t just dress bodies, he dressed moments. Paris was always the right city for this.
