Antonio De Matteis (“Totò”) is CEO of Kiton, one of the world’s finest and most prestigious clothing firms based in Naples that is particularly well-known for its high-quality menswear and impeccable suits, which take 25 hours to be cut and are sewn entirely by hand, and is the firm’s Creative Director of Menswear. He is also President of Pitti Immagine and one of the most prominent top managers in the global luxury clothing industry.
Mr. De Matteis has been CEO of Kiton since 2007 and has increased the growth and internationalization of the firm, while leading an unprecedented drive towards research and innovation in textiles and style, including the development of a certified system that allows Kiton to create unique Vicuña styles. Prior to that, he was Marketing Director of Kiton after serving as Commercial Director of the firm. He began his career at Kiton under the guidance of his uncle Ciro Paone, the founder and president of the firm.
Mr. De Matteis graduated with a diploma in accountancy from the ITC Mario Pagano in Naples.

The CEO Leadership Series is the flagship event series of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and takes place at the Heilbronn campus. The goal of the event series is to connect top managers with young students in order to promote a fruitful dialogue.
