Surah Al-Baqarah is the longest chapter of the Holy Qur’an, revealed in Madinah. It consists of 286 verses and provides complete guidance for human life. This Surah talks about faith, worship, morality, law, patience, and reliance on Allah. It explains the difference between believers, disbelievers, and hypocrites, and highlights the stories of previous nations as lessons for mankind. Surah Al-Baqarah also contains Ayat-ul-Kursi, one of the greatest verses of the Qur’an, and teaches us how to live a righteous life according to Allah’s commands.
