Streets of Rage 2: Diaper Girl Derby is a ROM Hack that was created to be shared on the Steam Workshop, during a time when a lot of people were checking out the Steam Workshop for Sega Mega Drive and Genesis Classics. The ROM Hack stars Marcella, a diaper girl, Chibiko, a schoolgirl, a clone of Roll, Candra Minsky, who is one of Marcella's friends, and a deredere doppelganger of Arle.
