Kai said I needed to go on more dates so here I am ladies lol
I'm going to say most of you guys have already maxed out every one of your characters by now. The difference between these Trust Events in Zenless vs leveling up Friendship in Genshin is that you can control it. You can invite these guys at anytime you want and now you can even jump straight to the time of day you set it for. It's very different from the slow grind in Genshin which usually takes a little over 1 whole patch to complete for each character. (so you can get in a max of 4 at once)
But as per usual I'm doing the f2p casual route which means for Zenless that I try my best not to progress the day lol. Yeah I heard people complained about the "Immersive Mode" because it stopped them from being able to progress the day using daily grind stuff like Combat Simulation. For me? I love that feature. I keep it on all the time. I was annoyed in Chapter 4 because doing the commissions from the story moved time forward meaning suddenly it was a new day and I had all these Trust Events and overworld commissions to interact with. (I was recording everything in Zenless until this patch remember?) A consequence of Immersive Mode for me is that I only advance Trust because of those overworld events. This is why Anby is the only one I finished so far and that wasn't for lack of trying. She just pops up more often than others and she was also the manditory one you did just to get started on the Trust system.
Anyway we got the recent Help Kai "event" and just to get those juicy polychromes Kai has you do a couple things this casual player here just doesn't do normally. One is dating in the game. The other fyi is Hollow Zero exploration.
