The Animelo Summer Live 2019 -STORY- event took place in the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama from August 30, 2019, to September 1, 2019. The secret guest for the year was Ho-kago Tea Time. Their performance took place on the final day, with Aki Toyosaki (Yui's seiyuu), Yōko Hikasa (Mio's seiyuu), Satomi Satō (Ritsu's seiyuu), Minako Kotobuki (Tsumugi's seiyuu), and Ayana Taketatsu (Azusa's seiyuu) all in cosplay for their respective characters. It was the first time they had performed together as Ho-Kago Tea Time since the K-ON!! Live Concert: Come With Me!! concert in 2011.
